No objection to issuance of permit to replace slate roof with replacement slate, copper gutters and downspouts, and repave the aggregate concrete driveway to match, per supplemental materials received 26 June 2024, which indicates the planting strip along the south edge of the driveway remain. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
