No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of vinyl frieze windows at the top floor with single-glazed wood windows, replacement of the garage doors at the carriage house with doors that fit the openings, and replacement of the metal pedestrian gate at the entrance to the rear yard with a solid wood gate, per supplemental materials received 28 June 2024. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
