The Commission regrets that windows were installed without review. No objection to issuance of permit to replace aluminum-clad, double-glazed, insert windows with true-divided-light wood windows that match the previously existing on the first and second floor of the front and side elevation, per supplemental materials received 27 November 2024. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
