No objection to issuance of permit for a painted sign on the fascia of the first-floor bay that would read "TILLEY'S" in 10-inch letters, per supplemental materials received 21 January 2025. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
