No objection to issuance of permit to install a 12-inch, individually pin-mounted sign above first floor with halo-illumination reading, "The Salty" and to remove existing awning and install new wood cornice on storefront located on the southern elevation, per supplemental materials received 21 January 2025.. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
