No objection to issuance of permit to replace window well and basement window, per supplemental materials received _ April 2025, PROVIDED the well is covered with a metal grate and flush with the sidewalk. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
