No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a replacement front door, transom, and rooftop mechanical equipment at an existing building, as well as the installation of a new exterior ladder on the rear facade, as shown in materials received and dated 4 April 2025 and supplemental materials received and dated 14 April 2025, PROVIDED that all exterior ladder mechanical fasteners be located in existing mortar joints or existing attachment holes only. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
