No objection to concept design for replacement of rooftop mechanical equipment on Loyola, Xavier, Ryder, and Nevils, and a new guardrail around the proposed equipment on the southern wing of Loyola Hall, per supplemental materials received 3 April 2025 and mock-up completed on 26 March 2025, which indicate the proposed equipment will be minimally visible from public thoroughfares and PROVIDED the proposed guardrail on Loyola matches the existing. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
