No objection to issuance of permit to replace window well and basement window, per supplemental materials received 7 April 2025, which indicate the well is covered with a metal grate and flush with the sidewalk as was required by the Old Georgetown Board. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
