Recommendation
Recommend AGAINST the issuance of a permit for the relocation of three existing antennas and the installation of six replacement panel antennas, 12 replacement remote radio heads, and associated equipment for AT&T on the roof of an existing office building, as shown in materials received and dated 6 June 2025 and supplemental materials received and dated 6 February 2026, due to visibility impacts. Forward a new submission with antennas that do not project above the penthouse walls to which they are attached, and ensure that the antennas and support structures to be mounted to the penthouse wall be painted to match the wall behind. The previously proposed new antenna sled for the Gamma sector on the roof of the Watergate Hotel in the middle of the hotel's rooftop terrace has been removed from the project scope and the new Gamma sector has been relocated to the western portion of the existing office building penthouse wall.
