In its public meeting of 17 July conducted by videoconference, the Commission of Fine Arts approved, based on its prior review of the submission materials, two new single-family residences to be constructed on new lots at 1842 and 1844 Primrose Road, NW (case number SL 25-062). The Commission appreciates the efforts of the project team to mitigate the impacts of the development on the adjacent Rock Creek Park.

Please coordinate the next submission with the staff which, as always, is available to assist you.
