Scope of work includes full replacement of existing faux rock-work with features that reflect the natural Andean bear habitat; new climbing structures; reworking of existing habitat pools; replacement of existing guardrails; tree removal and replacement; new "paramo mix" ground cover; and additional pollinator-attracting plantings.
