No objection to issuance of permit for signage for Bibibop, including halo-lit pin-mounted letters on a back panel and an applied vinyl address number on the door, per supplemental materials received 3 September 2025, PROVIDED the existing wall sign is retained and relocated to the center of the building, installed at the mortar joints, and the back panel does not cover the decorative brick detailing. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
