No objection to concept design for replacement of porch enclosure, repair/replacement of slate roof, and site work, per supplemental materials received 9 September 2025, PROVIDED the brick recess at the base of the porch enclosure is further studied, and a condition survey for the slate is submitted with the permit application to determine whether the slate is salvageable. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
