No objection to issuance of permit for signage for Delhi Belly, per supplemental materials received 2 February 2026, which indicate a 12"-tall, polka-dot, halo-lit sign would be installed at the mortar joints above the storefront on the Wisconsin Avenue façade. Reuse existing penetrations to the extent possible. Expansion anchors are not allowed. Note that “Indian Street Food” was removed from the sign after the OGB did not support it. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
