No objection to issuance of permit for non-illuminated signage for Nuts Factory, per supplemental materials received 9 December 2025, which indicate that "Nuts Factory" would be installed on both faces of the sign on a white background. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
