Recommendation
No objection to the issuance of a revised permit for modifications to an existing house currently under construction, including the addition of window wells and a chimney on the rear of the house, associated modifications to dormers, door and window openings, and the installation of replacement windows and doors, as shown in materials received and dated 14 November 2025, PROVIDED that an on-site stone mockup be provided for CFA staff review, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Revisions include the installation of a replacement cedar shingle roof, a replacement flat seam copper roof, gutters, downspouts, new exposed rafter tails at the dormers, replacement windows and doors, and replacement wood siding at the sunroom; the addition of two windows flanking the previously approved chimney; and the substitution of stone veneer cladding for painted siding. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
