No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a new in-ground swimming pool in the rear yard of an existing house, including new stone paving, pergola, outdoor shower, retaining wall, exterior lighting, garden beds with fencing, landscape, and associated pool equipment, as shown in materials received and dated 2 January 2026, PROVIDED that all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches be avoided, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials.
