No objection to the concept design for a renovated recreation center and associated landscape improvements, per materials received 4 December 2025. Scope of work includes renovation of the existing building and the following landscape improvements: a new skate park, a new multi-use plaza, a new volleyball court, a boardwalk, resurfacing the basketball and tennis courts, and replacing the playground equipment.
