No objection to issuance of permit to replace windows, doors, lights, HVAC unit, and chimney caps, per supplemental materials received 3 February 2026, which include a window schedule with existing and proposed measurements; confirmation the replacement windows on the front elevation would have clear glass with no coating; and confirmation the sash windows would have wood jamb liner inserts. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
