No objection to concept design for replacement entry door and stoop replacement, per materials received 16 January 2026, PROVIDED the stone treads are 3-inch nominal stone treads with a 2.5-inch actual thickness, and as part of the permit submission the applicant provide a stoop option that includes reuse of the existing railing. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
