Recommend AGAINST the issuance of a permit for the installation of five antennas, including three replacement antennas within existing cylindrical screening structures in Alpha sector along E Street, NW, a new panel antenna within a new square screening structure in Gamma sector along 13th Street, NW, and a new unscreened panel antenna in Beta sector along Pennsylvania Avenue, NW; the relocation of three panel antennas and their cylindrical screening structures closer to the roof edge in Alpha sector; and the installation of 28 remote radio heads and associated equipment for AT&T at an existing rooftop cellular facility, as shown in materials received and dated 5 September 2025 and supplemental materials received and dated 6 February 2026, due to insufficient information for review.
