No objection to issuance of permit for painted sign reading "Jinya Ramen Bar," PROVIDED it is no taller than 12", and installation of acoustical screening around the HVAC and fan at a continuous 7' height, per materials received ___ February 2026, which indicate that the density of the screen corresponds to the created noise. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
