No objection to issuance of permit for roof and gutter replacement for a double-lock metal roof with cricket and snow guards, per supplemental materials received 6 February 2026, PROVIDED the gutters are half round and not K-style; the ridge seam is double-locked and not a ridge seam; and any trim installed along the adjacent property's side wall is painted wood and not synthetic. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
