No objection to issuance of permit for the streatery in front of L'Annexe, per supplemental materials received 10 February 2026, which indicate seven tables, 19 chairs, seven umbrellas, and seven planters, PROVIDED the planters are limited only to the streatery and not the sidewalk, and all the planters should be the same material and have live plants. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
