No objection to issuance of permit for the streatery proposed in front of Pizzeria Paradiso, per supplemental materials received 4 February 2026, which indicate eight tables, 13 chairs, one plastic planter, and two umbrellas with canopies that do not exceed 6.5 feet and are at least 80 inches tall, PROVIDED the lights currently observed in the photos are not acceptable moving forward. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
