No objection to issuance of permit for streatery in front of Georgetown Seafood, per supplemental materials received 3 February 2026, which indicate 6 tables with 2-4 chairs each, and 6 umbrellas, PROVIDED overhead catenary lights, metal mounting poles, and metal rails are removed, and jersey barriers are installed, as indicated on the documentation. Umbrellas will not exceed 6'-6" in diameter and will not tilt. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
