No objection to issuance of permit for window replacement, per supplmental materials received 12 January 2026, PROVIDED the front and rear windows and associated trim are abated and restored as both are visible from public space, and the three windows in the light well are replaced with windows that comply with the Board’s Window Policy and Guidelines. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
