No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of existing standing-seam tin roof with standing-seam copper roof, and replacement of existing half-round gutters and downspouts with copper to match existing, per materials received 16 January 2026, which indicate that the ridge will have a standing seam, and that the existing built-in wood gutter and soffit will remain as is. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
