No objection to concept design for office to residential conversion, rooftop additions, and alterations at Georgetown Place, per the supplemental materials received 19 February 2026, PROVIDED gray panels are installed for both floors of the penthouse of Building A; the applicant pursues Option 2 for the Building A courtyard canopy, with or without tiebacks; the applicant study the reduction of additional massing on the rooftop addition of Building A, particularly as seen view from the C&O Canal at Thomas Jefferson Street; Building B is to have an limestone surround, including its cornice; and on Building B the rail and roof seating and decking are to be shifted back at least 10 feet from the cornice. File revised concept (design development) submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
