No objection to issuance of permit for existing streatery for Atelier Verre, per supplemental materials received _ March 2026, PROVIDED the applicant confirm which restaurant would occupy the streatery; the existing non-compliant components including the existing roof, lights, posts, and signage are removed; the decking is painted gray to comply with the Board’s streatery guidelines and confirmed to be removable to clean out debris; and any plants in the planter must be live. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
