No objection to issuance of permit to construct a concrete parking pad, retaining walls, and stair in the rear yard to create two tandem parking spaces, and to reconstruct the corrugated metal garage, per drawings received 3 March 2026, PROVIDED wood lap siding and a wood paneled door are used, the railings at the retaining walls aren't visible from the public way, and the location, height, and dimensions of the garage match previously existing garage. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
