No objection to issuance of permit for non-illuminated, pin-mounted, 12”-tall sign for Sezane, per supplemental materials received 23 February 2026, which indicate that the sign shall be installed at the mortar joints. Note that awnings were removed from the scope of this application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
