No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of treads on the existing metal fire stair at the south elevation of the building, per supplemental materials received 24 February, which indicate treads would match existing and all other elements of the stair would remain as is, PROVIDED the remaining elements are repaired and painted, as needed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
