No objection to issuance of permit for 10 rooftop solar panels on the residence, per supplemental materials received _ March 2026, PROVIDED the applicant include an elevation or photo diagram of the rear elevation that shows the proposed exterior equipment and confirms the path of the conduit follows the path of the existing HVAC conduit. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
