No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of 76 bronze-anodized aluminum replacement windows from the second through the fifth floor of an existing building, as shown in materials received and dated 7 July 2025 and supplemental materials received and dated 24 February and 17 March 2026, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Recommend proposed light range bronze finish option in lieu of dark range option. First floor storefront windows and doors are not included in this review. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
