No objection to issuance of permit for exterior alterations, including the replacement of the front doors; infill of a window opening on the rear elevation; replacement of rear door; and installation of an electric meter, per the supplemental materials received 9 March 2026, which indicate the front doors would be the wood tripartite option; the electric meter would be installed on the rear back wall; and the chimney stack would be retained. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
