No objection to issuance of permit for repair and replacement work on the second-floor pedestrian areas at the interior courtyard of the Madelon Building, including guardrails, fascia, and paving, per materials received 13 February 2026, which indicate the handrails would be aluminum and would match original design, coping under handrails would be aluminum, and soffits would be acrylic DAEFS to match existing texture and finish. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
