No objection to concept design for alterations to rear metal trellis, per supplemental materials received 26 March 2026, including trimming the column, moving the purlins above the beam, and adding an aluminum sheet metal roof on top, PROVIDED necessary repairs are made to restore the front terrace to its original condition and avoid demolition by neglect. Note that addition of roof and replacement of balustrade on front terrace is no longer part of scope after denial by the OGB. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
