No objection to issuance of revised permit for window and door replacements, per supplemental materials received ___ April 2026, PROVIDED all historic windows and doors are retained, and replacement windows are single-glazed, true-divided-lite, wood windows. All other aspects of scope shall remain the same as permit issued under OG 23-349, HPA 23-556. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
