No objection to the issuance of a permit for the construction of a new single-family residence to be located on a newly subdivided lot fronting Primrose Road, NW, as shown in materials received and dated 6 March 2026 and supplemental materials received and dated 3 April 2026, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Submission generally conforms with previously approved concept for two new single-family residences. Refer to DC Public Space Committee. Refer to DC Urban Forestry Division.
