No objection to issuance of permit application for the in-kind replacement of siding that will match the reveal and profile of the existing, wood repairs, and repainting, per supplemental materials received 5 May 2026, which per the Old Georgetown Board's direction includes documentation of the wood wood trim on the door and window on the north elevation proposed for replacement, PROVIDED if any siding is to replaced at the adjoining 1406 28th Street NW it must first be reviewed by the OGB and CFA. No insulation, siding, and barriers is added to the walls than to replace what already exists, and the wall thickness must not be increased. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
