Recommend AGAINST the issuance of a permit for the removal of nine existing antennas with their surrounding stealth canisters and nine remote radio heads, and for the installation of nine replacement antennas and nine replacement remote radio heads on three new sled mounts, and associated equipment at an existing rooftop cellular facility for AT&T, due to visual impacts and insufficient information for review, as shown in materials received and dated 3 April 2026 and supplemental materials received and dated 8 May 2026. Forward a new and completely documented submission when ready.
