No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a new retaining wall, and for asphalt repairs along the southwest corner of an existing residential property, as shown in materials received and dated 8 May 2026, PROVIDED that all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches be avoided, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DDOT Urban Forestry Division. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
