Recommendation
No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to existing window and door openings; repairs to an existing walkway and steps; the installation of replacement windows and doors, a new metal canopy above the main entry door, two new window wells at the north facade, a new concrete ramp along the west facade, a new wooden fence and gate, replacement downspouts, gutters, waterproofing, and skylights; and landscape improvements at an existing building, as shown in materials received and dated 11 May 2026, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
