No objection to issuance of permit for new halo-lit sign for Frankies Bikinis, per supplemental materials received ___ May 2026, which indicate all vinyl signage on the storefront will be removed, the existing unapproved 14"-tall sign will be removed, and the new wall sign will be no taller than 12". Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
