No objection to issuance of permit for fenestration and lights replacement, platform removal, and masonry repair, per supplemental materials received 4 May 2026, which, per the Old Georgetown Board's direction indicate the replacement simulated-divided lite windows and doors would have midtone spacer bars in keeping with the Old Georgetown Board's Window Policy and Guidelines. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
