No objection to issuance of permit for fenestration replacement, per supplemental materials received _ July 2026, PROVIDED the six windows proposed for replacement on the front elevation must be retained and cannot be replaced and all proposed replacement fenestration on the side and rear elevation must comply with the Old Georgetown Board's Window Policy and Guidelines and must have an all wood exterior finish with no aluminum cladding, the jamb liners must be wood or have wood jamb liner covers, screens can cover half the windows but full exterior screens are not supported, and the spacer bars between the glazing must be midtone in color. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
