No objection to issuance of permit to paint exterior, remove signage, and replace door, per the supplemental materials received 9 July 2026, which per the Old Georgetown Board's direction indicates the existing metal sign bar installed without review by a previous tenant would be removed and the masonry would be repaired. No signage has been reviewed and approved as part of this application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
