No objection to issuance of permit to replace the roofs on both the residence and garage, per the supplemental materials received _ September 2026, PROVIDED the gutters and downspouts on the residence are replaced in kind with half round painted metal gutters and painted round downspouts; the coping is replaced in kind; and the applicant provide detail drawings for all proposed flashing, including drip edges, coping along the parapets, the gable peak where the membrane roof would meet the slate shingles; and adjacent connections at the parapets, HVAC equipment, and chimneys. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
